Asset Exchange and Transfer
Easily swap portable fire extinguishers, system tanks or any other tracked asset between warehouses and customers with the Asset Exchange / Transfer feature. All corresponding asset details, history and future maintenance intervals follow the asset.
Use the mobile map to locate Work Order Bookings, Customer, Prospects, Opportunities or Leads. Map data can be filtered by job function or account owner so that each employee only sees what they need to see.
Capture customer signatures to approve work orders, orders and reports. Capture inspector signatures at tests. Signing Authorities can be existing contacts, or a new contact can be created.
